Introduction and Properties
Metribuzin, under the trade name Sencor, is a selective and systemic herbicide that inhibits photosynthesis in photosystem II and is used to control weeds in potato and soybean fields. Metribuzin gradually decomposes in the soil and leaves no residue in the crop.
Instructions for use
Weeds (mostly broadleaf and some narrowleaf) in soybean fields at 600 grams of Sencor mixed with soil per hectare, mixed with 2 liters of Trifloralin or mixed with 3 liters of Etalofloralin.
Broadleaf and narrowleaf weeds in potato fields at 750 grams per hectare.
