Introduction and Properties
Tofordi, with the trade name U46D, is a hormonal, systemic, selective, and growth-inhibiting herbicide from the phenoxycarboxylic acid family. This herbicide is used in wheat and barley fields at the 2- to 4-leaf stage of weeds, from tillering to the formation of the wheat stalk. Avoid using this herbicide during the wheat pulping stage. It is also used to control weeds in rice and corn fields at the 5- to 7-leaf stage of rice and corn.
Instructions for use
Broadleaf weeds in wheat and barley fields at a rate of 1 to 2 liters per hectare from tillering to the formation of wheat and barley stalks
Broadleaf weeds in rice fields at a rate of 3 to 1.5 liters per hectare when rice has 5 to 7 leaves
Broadleaf weeds in corn fields at a rate of 1.5 liters per hectare when corn has 5 to 7 leaves
Broadleaf weeds in sugarcane fields at a rate of 2 to 2.5 liters per hectare
