Introduction and Properties
Propamocarb hydrochloride, with the trade name Proplant, is a systemic fungicide with a protective effect that is absorbed by the roots and leaves and transported to the top of the plant. This fungicide from the carbamate family kills fungi by preventing the penetration of fatty acids into the cell membrane.
