Gibberelic Acid (BELUCKEY)

Introduction and Properties

Gibberellins are natural plant hormones that affect growth and development. This hormone is synthesized in young leaves and is transported by diffusion through the wood and phloem tissues. The amount of active ingredient in each gibberellic acid tablet is one gram. The main use of this tablet is in the grape-growing regions of the country.

This hormone affects cell division, structure and elongation and also causes the formation of fruit fiber. Its main effect is on fruit size. Gibberellic acid is a growth stimulant, energizer and stimulant of vegetative and reproductive activities of plants. The use of this compound is especially effective during the production process until the formation and enlargement of the fruit. Gibberellic acid can be used in most agricultural products through foliar spraying on the leaves. The most important physiological effect of this growth regulator is to increase the activity of elongation and cell division. This compound is offered to the agricultural community of Iran as the most effective growth stimulant in increasing the size and weight of the fruit and subsequently a significant increase in yield.
