Clethodim

Brand:U46 Combifluid

Formulation: 12% EC

Introduction and Properties

Clothodim, with the trade name Selact Super, is a systemic herbicide from the cyclohexadione oxime family that is rapidly absorbed through the leaves and transported to the rhizomes or roots of weeds.
This herbicide is used to control annual and perennial narrow-leaved weeds in sugar beet, soybean and onion fields as a post-emergence treatment. The use of this herbicide will stop the production of fatty acids and ultimately the weeds. The symptoms of the effect of this herbicide are first visible in the form of yellowing and then drying of the young leaves of the weeds after a week. Rainfall 4 hours after using the herbicide does not affect its effectiveness.

Instructions for use

Fine-leaf weeds in sugar beet fields as a post-emergence treatment at a rate of 0.8 to 1 liter per hectare depending on weed density.

Fine-leaf weeds in soybean fields as a post-emergence treatment at a rate of 1 to 1.2 liter per hectare depending on weed density.

Fine-leaf weeds in onion fields as a post-emergence treatment at a rate of 1.2 liter per hectare.
