Introduction and Properties
Stochlor, under the trade name Snit, is a selective herbicide from the chloracetamide group that inhibits cell division by inhibiting protein synthesis, inhibiting the synthesis of very long-chain fatty acids in the plant. Absorption and transport are mainly carried out by the aerial parts of the plant and, in a second stage, by the roots of germinating plants. Stochlor is used against annual narrow-leaved weeds, some annual broad-leaved weeds, and yellow oyarslam in corn fields. In fact, Stochlor affects both narrow-leaved and broad-leaved plants, each of which displays symptoms caused by the effect of Stochlor in some way.
Instructions for use
Annual narrow-leaved and broad-leaved weeds in corn fields, especially broad-leaved ones, at a rate of 4-5 liters per hectare, depending on the type of soil and dominant weed, pre-emergence and before planting.
