This herbicide is used post-emergence to control broadleaf weeds in wheat and barley fields and is rapidly absorbed through the roots and leaves and transported throughout the plant. The way Tufordi + MCPA works is that its hormonal substance is absorbed by broadleaf weeds through the leaves and stems due to its systemic nature and is then transported to all parts of the weed.
